• Rectify the information when it is incorrect and communicate the pertinent to the Person in Charge of Treatment;
• Provide the Treatment Manager, as the case may be, only data whose Treatment is previously authorized in accordance with the provisions of the law;
• Require the Treatment Manager, at all times, to respect the security and privacy conditions of the User's information;
• Process inquiries and claims formulated in the terms indicated in the law;
• Adopt an internal manual of policies and procedures to guarantee adequate compliance with the law and especially, for the attention of queries and complaints;
• Inform the Treatment Manager when certain information is under discussion by the user, once the claim has been submitted and the respective process has not been completed;
• Inform at the user's request about the use given to their data;
• Inform the data protection authority when violations occur codes and safety risks exist in the management of user information.
• Comply with the instructions and requirements that imparts the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

• Insert in the database the legend "information in judicial discussion" once notified by the competent authority about judicial processes related to the quality of personal data;
• Refrain from circulating information that is being disputed by the user and whose lock has been ordered by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce;
• Allow access to information only to people who can have access to it;
• Inform the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce when there are violations of security codes and there are risks in the administration of user information;
• Comply with the instructions and requirements that imparts the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

RETURN POLICY

LABORATORIO DE COSMETICOS SHILHER SAS In accordance with this document, it establishes the general policy by which all returns made by customers within the development of our commercial process will be governed, from the date of disclosure.

1. The valid grounds for receiving a return are the following:

4. For causes numbers 1.2 to 1.4, returns will only be received within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date.

5. The returned units will be entered at the same value at which they were originally billed, in that same order the customer's portfolio will be affected.

6. Returns that do not contain the supporting documents (official formats) will not be processed.

7. Returns that do not comply with this policy or those that are caused by portfolio problems or clients' illiquidity will only be authorized by management and must be reported in writing.
